We are property investors, Steve and Kate have been investing in property since 2003 on a joint basis with others. Our first investment was a block of 8 HMO's with 3 shops on the ground floor purchased into an SPV Company. We also invested in a block of 7 HMO's in another SPV Company, we subsequently sold both companies and now invest via SIPP and SSAS pensions in commercial property - currently 5 retail units. Previously our SIPPs and SSASs have also invested in Offices and Industrial Units.
Steve is the Tax and Accounting expert and Diamond Member at Progressive Property Network (PPN) Bournemouth.
